RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO SL DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHz CL18
Motherboard: ASRock Z690 Phantom Gaming 4
CPU: Intel i5-12600KF

I'm struggling to get my computer to reach RAM clock speeds provided on the products without failing to boot.

My RAM is rated for 3600mhz and Motherboard for 3200mhz (womp). I was previously able to get my pc to run 3200mhz but got greedy and messed around more to try and reach 3600mhz, but it would fail to boot each time before resetting to default bios settings and now won't boot at 3200mhz. I bought both of these within the month (recently built this pc).
Earlier today I put all settings to auto and slowly climbed up the "mhz ladder", where I was able to boot at all frequencies at and under 3000mhz (except for 2900mhz for some reason, where it will not only fail to boot but my pc actually completely turns off and on), but now also cannot boot at 3000mhz after trying to go further.

XMP is enabled, my RAM modules are in slots A2 B2, and my motherboard bios is updated to most recent version.

Sometimes a bios update can cause a downgrade regarding the support of RAM modules and idk why :( maybe you were on an older ver of bios while you could boot at 3200mhz , but it's only a MAYBE! There are other things too , DRAM voltage, different timings and etc.

I suggest you to turn off the xmp profile, set dram voltage to 1.35-1.4 (1.35 i would go with) and then set freq to 3600 mhz and check if it boots, then test with memtest
If anything wrong happened, lower the freq and try again with memtest
After finding a safe spot for Freq, now play with timings ;)
