Question Unable to set up new LG TV as monitor

I picked up a new 49" LG TV to replace a dying Sharp. I am using a DVI to HDMI cable. I tried to disconnect the cable from the old TV, and connect it to the new. No luck. So I connected the old TV as a second monitor, and BOTH TVs came on. I switched the resolution and thought I was done,... BUT,...for some reason, whenever I try to disconnect the other TV that is labeled display 2 it disables BOTH TVs. The only way I can get a picture on the LG is to have the sharp connected too. I am running a dinosaur GTX260. I updated the drivers,... and I know that the TV can display the PC because I am typing on it now. Any ideas?

I was able to go into the multiple displays tab in the NVIDIA settings and remove the Sharp TV. Works perfect now.
