Unable to start processor fan

i am having DH67BL motherboard with i5 processor 8 gb ram..... power is coming to motherboard but as i switch on it will perform nothing ......even processor fan also not running ..... please help me get this out

make sure you have the power connected to the 4 pin or 8 pin CPU power and the CPU fan connected to the MOBO, aswell as the 20 or 24 pin MOBO power connector. Make sure the heatsink is on correctly and your CPU is seated properly. If one of these few things are not done correctly your PC will not boot up.
