Unable to start service

Every time I log on to my server I get the error - "Unable
to start this service" - and the following error appears
int he event viewer ;

The server was unable to register the administration tool
discovery information. The administration tool may not be
able to see this server. The data is the error code.
SOURCE : SMTPSVC
ERROR CODE : 105

Any ideas ?

Are you running a mail server on that server? if so, are
you having problems with it?
