Unable to start the bluetooth stact service

When I am using the computer, the screen always pops out "Error: unable to start the bluetooth stact service". I don't know what is happening. How can it be recovered?

When I am using the computer, the screen always pops out "Error: unable to start the bluetooth stact service". I don't know what is happening. How can it be recovered?

I have seen this problem pop up as a result of using Norton Registry cleaner. And other information indicates it is a registry problem and/or a driver problem.

1) System Restore to date prior to error starting.
and/or
2) Device Manager: Delete "Other Devices" if they exist. Delete
the driver for your Blue Tooth Device, and Reboot.
