Unable to start the Recovering System for Vista - Error 100a

I did before and now it is showing me error 100a so i am not able to start the recovery system HP PC (compaq presario).
How could I fix it, please help. thanks.

I can't tell what type of system that you have, laptop, or computer.

if it is a computer, open up the case and make sure that the data and power cables are connected to your hard drive and to the motherboard and power supply.
