Question Unable to start up PC

I have had my computer for a few months and since the first time I started it, it has had this problem where I have to spam CTRL + ALT + DELETE to get it started when it was on the “motherboard loading screen” but today that stopped working and I can’t get past this screen to boot into windows . I have a Ryzen 5 7600, GTX 3060, and 32GB DDR5 6000mhz (running at 4800mhz)

What motherboard? What BIOS version? RAM installed in slots a2-b2?

Gigabyte B650M, BIOS version F2 as it wouldn’t update when I tried, and yes, ram is in a2-b2

Try clearing CMOS by powering off and shorting the correct pins. See the motherboard manual.

I did and it reset the BIOS, computer turns on with the CTRL ALT DELETE again

I don't know what pressing CTRL-ALT-DELETE does during boot. I've never heard of such a thing.

Does it ask you to press those keys?
