Question unable to startup my vm

hyper-v feature enable

vm: 6.0.10
trying to install window server 2016
cpu 2
ram 2gb

error:

yes, i enable the secure virtual machine (SVM). And also in task manager's performance tab, virtualization is enable

Ok. Next question: If you're running Windows 10 Pro and have Hyper-V enabled, why are you using Oracle's VM VirtualBox? Try creating the VM just using Hyper-V.

You can't have both Hyper-V and VirtualBox enabled at the same time.
One or the other.

even when the hyper-v is disable in window feature, the error still show up in oracle virtual box.
