So I've been facing this issue where I'm unable to turn on my PC whatever i do.
First it started off flickering a lot but when i disabled the Intel HD display adapter driver, it stopped flickering!

What i did next was just update the driver using the "let me pick existing driver" option and it installs it. Then I was able to use my PC. But now I can't even reset my PC, it just shows a blue screen. So i want some way to disable my driver through cmd. Thank you🙏🙏

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

We're going to need context to your build. When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Why did you need to update the driver? What driver did you install? I'm assuming you're on Windows OS, with that, can you get into Safe Mode?

So i have a Dell Inpsiron 15 Laptop and it has:

i5 4th gen,
Nvidia GeForce 820M 2GB
4GB RAM
512GB NVMe SSD
Windows 10 Pro

I'm kinda broke so i cant afford another laptop so please help me😭

Edit
Btw, I have tried to boot into safe mode but it just crashes.

Sounds like a hardware fault.

Check the second hand market for used PCs - you should be able to pick up an 8th gen laptop on the cheap

For a fact i know that its not hardware fault and its the driver issue as it started when i updated it. I wanted to know how i can disable the "intel hd graphics" through the recovery mode cmd as theres no way to access device manager in windows

Nothing works not even system reset
Not reset. Use System Restore.
Boot from windows installation media. Choose System Restore.

Yo guys i really appreciate all the help! The fact is that i am not even able to system restore it shows that system restore has failed and no changes were made. It really sucks how i cant even restore the system using the tool thats meant for system restore.

As I said earlier, it sounds like a hardware problem. It sucks, I know.
Yo thanks for the reply mate!
I think its really driver issues and not hardware based as it started when i updated the nvidia graphics driver. I had similar issues at first which i was able to solve after uninstalling and reinstalling the "intel hd graphics" display driver. But i had resetted my pc earlier assuming it would fix it. But this actually outdated my graphics card so i decided to update my dedicated graphics card through nvidia site so i can get geforce experience and all. It worked fine when i installed it and used but when i turned off the pc it jist stopped turning on and from that day this blue screen error still pops showing "critical proccess died"

Did you boot from windows installation media?
Did you run system restore?

I'm not really convinced, you managed to do that.
Can you show any screenshots, to see - how far you got and any error messages received?
