Unable to uninstall or update Nvidia drivers

Ever since I updated to v275.33 I have gotten the error 1% is not a valid Win32 application whenever I have tried to install new drivers. I've seen a supposed fix for this that says to delete the Nvidia Corporations folder from Programs, but I'm unable to do so as it says a file or folder is currently being accessed on the computer. Even going into control panel and trying to uninstall all of the Nvidia applications files me with the same error message.

Try re-starting in safe mode to do your deletions.

I finally got into safe mode. The BIOS on P8P67 boards is annoying as hell. Thank you.
