Unable to update Bios for Msi 990XA-GD55 Ver. 4

Hi, My MSI 990XA-GD55's current Bios version is 23.1. I downloaded the latest which is 23.2, However after extracting it to the usb and tried using M-Flash it doesn't recognise a bios file on the stick. It says no file found on the root folder. Formatted the USB stick several times with FAt32. Please help. Thanks in advance.

You need to make flashable usb drive. Download the software from the following website.

Download here

select the location of the bios software(unextracted) in the rufus software and click start
after it is finished install bios from the flashable drive.

Thanks, but it would not work as the bios file was an exe file which is self extracting actually. I worked another way round and managed to skip the application in windows which could not flash the bios for some reason. I't solved now.
