Question Unable to update BIOS - "oemID Mismatch"

I've never updated my BIOS before and after having a few months of constant BSODs that are gradually getting more frequent, I though updating may be a good idea and it turns out my bios is severely outdated.

I have a Gigabyte Z590 UD AC motherboard with the "F4" BIOS version that was installed when I got the PC. Using this site I downloaded the latest "F10" BIOS version and added it to a correctly formated USB, entered the BIOS and used the Q-Flash feature, and that is where I got the error.

I did some reading and found that this may be because I bought my PC from Chillblast - one of those PC part picker sites and that they might have their own BIOS installed and that I should go to their site to download instead, but I'm sure this is not the case as my BIOS version says "F4" which is in line with what the version says on the Gigabyte website, and that Chillblast's site just tells me to go to the manufacturer's site instead.

I've included some images from the BIOS screen just in case someone with more experience can spot something visually wrong. Here and Here.

Thanks.
