unable to update Intel drivers

Hello. I'm having problems upgrading my Intel graphics drivers. I used the update utility tool and its says "i have custom drivers and they have to be update by its manufacturer' Any way to update the drivers myself?

You have a laptop going by the 720M card. Go to the laptop vendor support site and download the video drivers there. They may not be the latest ones, but any drivers for laptops should be gotten from the laptop vendor.

what exactly do i download. I've never done this before and i am very confused.

i have an ACER V5 - 573G

http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers enter your system info, install the video drivers, they will all have description about what they are.

No, there should be drivers there for whatever operating system the laptop originally came with, you may be looking at the wrong place unless you changed the operating system yourself.
