So, i decided to upgrade my dekstop pc, since its kinda old. I changed the motherboard, ram and cpu, did the case wiring as manual says and nothing is working, it doesnt even spin fans or showing any sign of life, so im wondering is the -5v pin on 24pin connector necessary for ASRock H110M-DVS? Because on my psu i have only 23pins, that -5v is missing. Couldnt find anything in google related to this question.

Already did that and atleast 5times, in all cases only gpu led was working.
Is it possible that case maybe is too old for mobo?

Okay. I just tried again with G4560 3.50GHz same thing.
A G4560 will only work on this motherboard if you update the BIOS first.

You need to read that CPU chart before stuffing in a third CPU; the first one you chose would never work on this motherboard and the second would have required a BIOS update that you can't make without a working motherboard.

https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H110M-DVS R2.0/#CPU

Here's the list. Choose a CPU that says "All" in the final column on the right. We won't know if anything else is wrong until you're using a CPU that will work on this motherboard.

Possibly you will need bios 7.3 to support G4560.
If the H110 motherboard is used or old stock it may not have the current bios.
You may need to have the shop where you bought the motherboard do the flash using a supported processor.
Better yet, exchange the motherboard for one that supports the stronger G5400.
