Hello,

I just want to know the reason why my ATI Radeon HD 7570M suddenly stopped working in Xilisoft Video Convereter.

It used to work before but now it isn't working anymore. The AMD logo in xilisoft is grayed out & saying graphics does not support GPU acceleration.

I've tried configuring the switchable graphics & applying high performance on xilisoft exe but still isn't working.

I'm wondering what happened. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi, same here! suddenly my GTX780 Ti not known, xilisoft not responding to e-mails, but seriously I've got a feeling its a windows 8.1 issue, I've had loads of problems since my upgrade.
free Format Factory.. doesn't utilise my graphics card, its not xilisoft... then again, neither does xilisoft!

Dear Customer,

Thanks for your support!

I’m sorry our product cannot detect the NVidia drivers 340.62 or more, you have to download old NVidia drivers 285.62 or 337.88 if you want to active the Cuda Acceleration again.

At present, for the issues, our developer are working on this, once the result come out, I will inform you at first time, you also can pay attention to our official website. thanks!

Generally speaking, you don’t enble GPU Accleartion, the converting speed is very fast too, please have a try, when converting, and please don’t run other program.

If you have any questions, please let us know again and include previous correspondence with replies.

Best Regards,

Hi, you need to back date your driver in order for it to work as Xilisoft are not supporting new driver updates, see my letter from Xilisoft below, as for your ATI driver down grade I don't know.
Personally I down grade (back date) my NVidia driver in order for GPU Acceleration, convert my video, then update back to todays driver.... pain in the bum I know, but that is the only way.
