Question Unable to Write to Certain Locations on PC

Certain locations won't allow me to write to them for whatever reason despite me being an admin and the only account on the PC. The security tab "trick" doesn't work either, whenever I try to do it, it just says "access is denied" for every single item. How do I fix it, or can I just remove all need for permissions on the whole PC? I remember doing it somehow or at least to some extent using the Registry Editor in Windows, though I can't remember exactly how, so does someone know how to do it? I'm using Windows 10 in the latest version.

Some places are reserved for the OS. Even if you are 'admin'.

Do that, and you will break the OS.

Do that, and you will break the OS.

They are not reserved locations, also did at least to some extent remove need for permissions on drives before using the registry editor and it was all fine, nothing broke, just can't find the tutorial I used for it.
