unallocated region is not there help plz..

firstly its not getting format its says it needs to be formaatted but when we format it gets stopped! and says it cant be formatted there is no media but i hve saved a lot of media recently
secondly there is no unallocated area only partition area on disk management
its a raw sd card
its of 8 gb but showing 31 mb only dnt knw y so???
help me as fast as you can thank you in advance

Hi there afterfire,

Does it show as 31 MB in Disk Management? If so, then the SD card has most probably failed.
In case you have some data stored on it, I guess you can try using some data recovery tool.
