Unarc.dll error returned -12

Hello! I'm try to install GTA V fitgirl repack 1.4, but the installer gave me Unarc.dll -12 error and I'm tried so many things to fix it.
I'm disabled ESET
I'm disabled UAC and after the installer stopped at 33.9% x64i.rpf and befora the installer stopped at 2% or 12.2%
I'm added 2x8192 virtual memory
I'm have 2x2GB RAM module but this modules are not KIT, this are two different module...
I'm downloaded dll-s and pasted C:\Windows\System32\ and 64bit folder.
I'm placed the map to another HDD root folder
What can I do?

Are you absolutely certain you haven't been sold a pirated or cracked copy of that game? Some copies come with added but unwanted extras and your symptoms would match the effect those can have.

Run your anti-virus and see if it finds anything recent that might have come with the package.

This is pirated game. I downloaded at official site (FitGirl). I'm tried to install the game with anti-virus but this not finded viruses. I'm checked with virus analizer, but the analizer not founded viruses.
What can I do?
