Hello everyone,

I do IT for a company and a user is having issues periodically with his internet. Seems to happen 2-3 times a week where his internet will stop working and if you hover over this network icon it says "Unauthorized". Logging out and logging back in fixes the issue though. I have seen this issue in the past and I don't think I ever came to a fix for it. I've tried the simple things such as a using a different port, removing the computer and re-adding it to the domain. Have tried looking through system logs for any indicators and I haven't found anything yet. Any help that could be provided would be appreciated.

it log on a server check there could be someone that try to use is system credentiel to log in but dont have the right passsword ,check the server part if it is not restricted to some connection and try to go on some site that are lock from it to get such as special one .

Do you truly mean just the internet or is the loss of conectivity include the office network? Printers, shares, etc..

You tried a different port meaning a switch from the motherboard ethernet port to a LAN adapter in a PCi slot - or vice versa? Or something else.

Do the router logs provide any insight?

More information needed I think. Thanks.
