So my NAT type on my Xbox One is 'unavailable' it's been this way for more than a week and i've tried everything trying to fix it. I have a Belkin F9K1102 router and a static IP. I have talked to Xbox support and they recommended calling my ISP and telling them to open the ports necessary for Xbox live. They also said to ask for a public IP address but didn't make much since to me since I had the static IP already. So I call my ISP and they say that they can't do anything with the ports since my router isn't rented by them. Then they told me to go on reddit or this site for answers. So here I am world, if anybody can help me I would greatly appreciate it and will offer any other details needed. Much love.

Who manages your network and router?

Do you have admin rights to the router?

Does the following link present the User Manual for your router?

https://www.belkin.com/networking/manual/MAN_F9K1102_8820-00777_RevA03_N600.pdf

If so, and if you have admin rights, double check your configuration especially with respect to the Xbox One.

Did not note any manual references to "Port Forwarding" per se.

However refer to Page 18 of the manual and look for corresponding windows/configuration screens in the router's admin pages.
