Unbalanced corsair sp 140 fans

Hi guys.

Ive bought a brand new Corsair SP 140 doublepack.

As soon as i did run them for the first time i saw that the rotor on booth of them is really unbalanced. The fans are guite quiet on 5V but as soon as i switch to 7 ar 12 V they start to sound like jet engine.
The middle of the fans is moving like a flat tire. I did instal them into my fractal design F4 on the top so they are now on perfect line. They are cooling perfectly but still the middle of the fan is rotating like the bearing is broken. So should i ask the manufacturer for the new one or is it common thing and should i leave it like it is.

This probally isn't a fault I take you watching the patterns in the middle?
Look closely at the sticker they won't be centrall on the fan hun making it look uneven

This is correct the sticker in the middle is not even. I checked vids on you tube directly from corsair and the sticker in the middle is orbiting the exact middle with no saturation. But mine is jumping up and down like crazy.
