[SOLVED] Unbalanced graphic card help

Hi everyone, sorry for my english i am from Venezuela, i have a problem whit my graphic card Is a rx580 AND my Mobo Is a asustuf b450 gaming, the pins in my graphic card dont enter properly i think, but the switch in the mobo Is secure i think. Any solves?

Did the previous video card fit the slot? Looks like a new build. Could be improper case. Or incorrect Motherboard spacers. The spacers that come with the motherboard are not always the ones that work with your case. Yes, PCs have standards so should theoretically all be built alike. Not in real life.
