For about a month now i've had input lag in all my games that I play, some more than others.
I have VSYNC turned off, have the newest drivers (tried older ones), temps are low, cpu and gpu are running at full speed, i've disabled pointer precision and mouse acceleration in windows, I have raw input on in every game, i've tried a different gpu, i've tried a different mouse, i have installed new ssds and reinstalled/reformatted windows several times, I have the latest bios and chipset, updated my USB drivers, and tried different ram in different slots.
The lag is the most noticeable on CS:GO but I have it in every game like Overwatch, Apex Legends, CS Source.
This all seemed to occur right after I reinstalled windows and I never got it back to where it was before even after the dozen of reinstalls.
