Hello everyone!

I recently built a mini-itx PC using the Coolermaster Masterbox nr200p MAX which already comes with a 280 mm watercooler and two 140 Sicleflow fans, so far quiet, but when I put it to work, it makes an unbearable noise even at "idle" , the strange thing is that only in its normal position does it make this noise, if I lay it down, turn it upside down or tilt it more than 45* to either side, the noise stops...

Can you shed some light on how to solve this problem?

I recorded some videos for you to see:

I would check if it is the fans or unlikely the pump. Try to carefully stop each of the fans with your fingers to see if the noise changes.
It would not be uncommon for the whatever kind of bearing the fan has to wear out but it should not happen in a new unit.

I will try this tonight.

Last night I looked at the fans if there was something hitting them and generating that noise, apparently there wasn't, so I did some tests removing the protection grid and reversing the fans and isn't it that reversing the fans from exhaust to intake the noise stopped?

I was curious about why, I'm going to try to do the test by going back to the exhaust fan, but without the watercooler to see if the fans without being connected to the watercooler make that noise.

I guess it could be hitting the radiator but I doubt it, would be defective fans since the are made to run exhaust or intake.

If the bearing in the fan was bad it would not be uncommon for them to make noise in one orientation but not others. New fans though should not have worn out bearings.
