Unbearable SSD lag

So I got this Samsung SSD and just put it in my system, downloaded my gpu driver and reinstalled windows 10.

But now I have extreme lag when Im playing CSGO: on the minimum settings I get like 30~120 fps. Also in Sony Vegas I get unbearable lag when Im trying to view my project.

I've tried allocating more RAM to my Sony Vegas, I've tried using the recommended settings for CSGO but still, no result.

It truely hurts my head why this is happening, since when Im playing CSGO my CPU, GPU and Memory is almost never 100% used.

What can I do to get full speed again on my computer?

Intel i5-4460s
8GB DDR3 RAM
Samsung EVO 750
2x Seagate 2TB HDD

Use maximum settings on games so most of the GPU / CPU is being used. The SSD shouldn't lag or else get a new one because it will probably be faulty. Sony Vegas is all to do with RAM, get 16GB if you don't want lag.

If you have installed the Samsung Magician software, try uninstalling that (sets aside ram as a buffer).
