Unbuffered non ECC and ECC memory

Hi, i want to know what type of Ram works on Intel Xeon E5450. Yes, i know it supports ddr2 and ddr3 but i want to know what type of ram.

server usually use ECC memory, but check your motherboard spec to be sure
