unchecked startup files in msconfig for windows... poor me

Hello. I accidently unchecked a file in msconfig. Now windows 7 wont start. Only shows a cursor. Doesnt reboot in safe mode, previous configuration and cant even repair.
Please advise if i can restore the msconfig to previous or default state?

Hi, I don't think that it's related to unchecking a file in the startup menu.
Try a MBR fix/repair.

Tried MBR fix/repair. Still, can't reboot. Any advise will be appreciated. I dont really want to install a fresh windows, and start from scratch.
