Question Unclean uninstall

Hello, so after I had problems uninstalling the program with uninstaller i deleted whole folder( i know it was bad idead) When I downloaded the programs installer again i get this error
Error 1001.Exception occured while initializing the instalation:
System.ArgumentException.:string cannot have zero lengh

Try running system restore and restore to a point before it was broken

Any other ways because i did it like 3 weeks ago.

A bit more info is needed. That is "the program" and when you said with uninstaller do you mean the Windows standard way or some 3rd party utility?

Did you contact support for this program or at least check the vendor support site/FAQ/Forum? Check the registry and system for any other references to the program?
