Unclocked Xeon Cpu for the ultimate computer

Ok so I'm looking to build the ultimate machine. This means I wat to destroy benchmarks and games. So far the specs are:

Case-- xigmatek Elysium super tower

Mono-- evga sr-2

Ram-- 2x Avexir blitz 4x4 2133mhz cl9 (one set for each CPU)

Psu-- Rosewill 1300 lightning gold certified

Gpu-- waiting for high end maxwell... But I will at least sli it

CPU-- ???

Cooling-- Custom loop

If any of you would recommend all the needed components that would be awesome. As for price nothing when all added up for over $1000

I want to have unclocked xeons for the motherboard, but if two 4770ks work than that's also fine. Are there unclocked xeons? As for price I don't want a cpu over $850 apiece.

There are no unlocked Xeons, and there is no circumstance that allows for two 4770k to work together.

When all the water cooling parts (radiator,pump, etc.) prices are added I don't want it to be >1000
