It says no internet access and when i trouble shoot it tells me it has unconfigured ip address i have restarted my rounter soft and hard restart i have changed sockets, also ethernet cables on both boxes and no luck, ive gone into my rounter settings and told it use the correct ip address and it still wont work, ive had these for about 7-8 months and they have been working fine up untill yesterday and now its not working,i can sometimes et them to reconnect but it varies from 10mins to and hour before they stop working again please can you help thank you.

Change your TP External/Internet address to DHCP. Your modem also has to have DHCP enabled. If you are doing port Forwarding to your TP link Log into your modem and give the tplink reserved address & change the addresses of the port Forwards. If this doesn't work you need to factory default your TP link and try this again. If the problem comes back you probably have a bad TP link. You could try setting the TP link up as an access point of your modem also.

i think i may of sorted it i troubleshooted it and windows told me that the dhcp wasnt enabled on ethernet so applyed fix and it seems to be working but we will see.....

well it's gone back to not working again doing the same thing it was yesterday.
