Question Uncore Frequency more than doubles DRAM frequency

Hey guys!
Well it's in the tittle. My Dram frequency is 1800 Mhz and my Dncore frequency is 4300 Mhz.
Its a 32gb 3600mhz hyper x fury kit, used with i9-10900k on MSI MAG Z490 tomahawk.

From what I know uncore frequency should be either the same or double Dram frequency.
I've seen people have the same thing that I do (you can find it over here https://linustechtips.com/topic/1261437-ram-uncore-frequency/), but I couldn't find a clear answer or solution to this.

If somebody could explain to me what this is all about and whether it's normal or not.

I am also overclocking my cpu to 5mhz, but I never touched Uncore Frequency Scaling option in BIOS. I'm assuming it is set to auto. Anyway I'm not gonna touch it before I figure out what it does.

Thanks in advance, I really appreciate your help!

Thanks but it still doesn't really help with my question though.
As far as I can tell uncore frequency is independent from any other frequencies when it comes to intel processors.
Even thought I'm still wondering is my more than doubling the ram uncore frequency is a needed/normal/safe thing to have or not.
I feel like it's a logical thing to ask since the uncore frequency is a tweakable thing and can be changed in bios.

Couldn't find any of that on the internet so far.

The one thing I found is this:
"They say that you generally want the uncore to have a value that is 2-3 away of the CPU ratio. For clarity, if you have a 5.0 ghz overclock, you would want your uncore to be 48 or 47. When you buy a 8086k, it ships with a 5.0 ghz core, and the uncore is 47 "

So since my cpu is also overclocked to 5.1 ghz shouldn't my uncore frequency also be 4800mhz? According to this my 4300mhz is kinda too low.

There's also this thread where there is 2 contradicting oppinions https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/what-is-uncore-how-is-it-relevant-to-overclocking.2094084/

Would really appreciate if there's someone out there who could shed some light on this for me please

I have never had to adjust that ever.
