You are using BIOS version 1.C. The latest is BIOS version 1.D. Verify this information before attempting any updates. Note: Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

Note: This is just info that others can use to help. I can't help you with this. Wait for additional replies. Good luck.

Thank your help gardenman. I have tried flash the newest bios, then installed a very clean windows 10 but it is not solved.
Do you think the problem is caused by CPU or Mainboard?
Or GPU? SSD?
It has happened When i just replaced from E5 2683v3 to i7 6800K and from 850Evo to 950 Pro NMVe ssd.

Thank you all but yesterday my motherboard have gone after dump dump and dump.
I got a new mobo is Gigabyte Z270 Ultra Gaming & CPU i7 7700K.
If my pc continue crash, i think the problem came from GPU or PSU or SSD. If no, i thank it caused by my old CPU 6800K or Mobo MSI x99s.
I will report when i have the result today.
