Undeletable Folder in Windows 10

Cannot delete a folder - need permission from DESKTOP-AVHVSN1/Kit (Kit's my username) - even though I am the only user on my laptop and I have admin permissions. Been looking for solutions for a couple of days, but nothing helps. Tried changing security settings for the folder, but that just tells me I ain't got permissions for that either.

either use the software's uninstall program or you will have to takeownership of the folder to delete it.
