Mainly for gaming perhaps futureproof
Please give me build for under $1000

1) Full AMD setup
2) Nvidia + Intel setup

In the budget : Graphic Card, Processor, Motherboard, Case, Power Supply, Aftermarket cpu cooler. And then a good monitor, keyboard, mouse and headphone headset out from my budget.

You can use AMD cards on Intel processors, and on your budget that would be a better deal since an R9-380X or R9-390 would be a better bet than a GTX 960 at that price range:
