Going from console to PC gaming! Been researching a lot the past few months and will be ready to pull the trigger right after memorial day!
Approximate Purchase Date: Right after memorial day; September 9th-12th
Budget Range: $2000 all together
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming - Movies - Web browsing - Microsoft office
Parts Not Required: Mouse (g700)
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: NewEgg, I live close enough to a Microcenter but would rather avoid them unless they have another sweet deal like the current $80 off cpu/mobo
Country of Origin: U.S.
Parts Preferences: Intel/ Nvidia....I think
Overclocking: Not right away but definitely once I am comfortable enough to figure it out!
SLI or Crossfire: 99.9% NO! but maybe if there is a sweet deal on another 580 in due time.
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 @ 23-25"

I will probably just buy the 23.5" Asus led backlit monitor locally here ($185).
Also, should I purchase a CPU cooler with out planning to overclock right away?
And is there anything else I am missing? Thanks!
