I'm planning to build a PC under 700$ with the following specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor - 215$
MOBO: MSI H110M Pro-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 - Motherboard - 50$
GPU: RX 480 - 200$
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory - 70$
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive - 48$
CASE: DIYPC Solo-T1-R ATX Mid Tower Case - 35$
PSU: Corsair CXM 650W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply - 70$

Just wanted to make sure if this build has:
1) Any significant bottlenecks?
2) Any significant overkills?
3) Any other issues?

Here is the pcpartpicker link (obviously, the RX480 is not present in the list, because it's not released yet)

Solution
RX-480:
1) I recommend the 8GB model (lots of people saying 4GB won't be quite enough in the next few years. It already benefits GTA 5 and a couple others), and

2) Availability may be quite a while, especially for a good after-market solution. Possibly two months or so but we just do not know.

3) Pricing will be higher than MSRP by likely 10% to 25%.

Once pricing stabilizes something like THIS might be the best card. Price may be $260USD?

Thanks for the reply. Could you please elaborate why did you choose those motherboard and PSU?

P.S
How did you copy the parts list from pcpartpicker so neatly?

Thanks, will take these into consideration. I'm not in a hurry anyways, so I can easily wait a couple months
