Under performing computer

Hi, recently i have had problems with my newly uppgraded computer,
I went from:
-AMD 6300
-8gb 1666mhz ram
-Some older gigabyte MB
To:
-i5 6600k
-HyperX 16gb 2144mhz ram
-Gigabyte Z170X-GAMING 3 EU
I also have a EVGA GTX 970 SSC and a EVGA Supernova 750 G2
The problem is that i feel that the new components are not doing what I thought they were going to and they are even in some games performing a lot worse, what can the problem be?

no i did not, i guess that a complete restart would change that?

As kanewolf suggested you should reinstall windows. Old drivers for the amd motherboard and components may be interfering, it needs to install the intel motherboard and system drivers. Make sure and install the motherboard drivers from the disc or visit the website and download/install the latest drivers for your motherboard model.

Once that's been done then see if things improve. If there's still trouble and it's underperforming we can try to help you but not until that basic step has been done.

So if I make a complete restart, the old drivers will be uninstalled? Sorry for my little knowledge

No you need to reinstall windows onto the hard drive. Any personal files should be saved onto another pc, backed up to disc or some other method (cloud storage, thumdrive etc) to prevent losing them. Then you'll need the windows installation disc.

A clean install will get rid of the old files including the drivers and install windows fresh with the proper drivers for your new motherboard. Once windows is reinstalled you may want to go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers for whichever model board you have and update the drivers.
