Under-performing Gaming pc

When I play Assassins Creed Origins on "high" settings I'm only averaging around 55 fps with v-sync turned off. It just seems a bit low to me for this build. What do you guys think? Is this on par with should be expected or is it under-performing? Thanks!

Video Card - Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB G1 Gaming Video Card

Case - Fractal Design - Define R5 w/Window (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply - EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Operating System - Microsoft - Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit

GPU usage ingame?
Ram usage %?
And when you use Windows 10 well it's completely normal to get a ton of background running programs
