Question Under performing GPU/Freezing

So I'm running a brand new GTX 1650s that doesn't seem to performing as expected. I went in thinking I would be getting 30-60fps at 1080p; medium to high settings. But on trying it out with Both Remnant and Outer Worlds I've been having issues with the game freezing and locking, not responding to keyboard commands. Benchmark of my PC below

The board is an Asrock Z97 Killer
And I believe the PSU is Corsair CX Modular 750W
Base GPU at 43C
Base CPU not shown on task manager
