Question Under Win11 - Task Manager - GPU - What does - Graphics_1 details ?

Under Win11 - Task Manager - GPU Processes - What does - Graphics_1 details ?

Every time I run a game it goes way up to 90++%

And the in game graphics will stutter in a -> Fast / Slow / Fast / Slow manner

I was wondering if the process holding up Graphics_1 could be bottle neck my Laptop

Specs - MSI GE-66 Laptop with i9 12-Gen CPU and RTX3080Ti + 32 Gig RAM

Any games I run, the in game graphics goes like this -> Fast / Slow / Fast / Slow manner

All the Processes under the Task Manager GPU does not go up or rarely go beyond 10 or 20% while Graphics_1 goes all the way to 90++ %

Laptop has two GPUs, one is in the processor and the other one, RTX3080Ti is dedicated graphic card. In Windows, first one is default Graphics_0 and second one is Graphics_1. Windows shuffle usage of on or other according to load on each one so IGPU (in the CPU) is used for lighter tasks and dedicated one for more demanding tasks, mostly as 3D accelerator.
Details you can see if you open resource monitor.
