Underclock i5 3570 using Easy tune 6

Hello guys, i have an i5 3570 mounted on a gigabyte ga-h77m-d3h, since the processor is locked, i can't change the multiplier which is 16, but i guess i can change the BCLK which is 100 MHz.
Easy tune 6 has the option for it, so would it impact my processor if i change the bclk, anything else (e.g. voltage) that would require to be changed.

The i5-3570 can Turbo Boost up to 36-x38x depending on how many cores are loaded, (and with a Z77 board can OC to 4.0-4.2GHz - I have one myself - here's the CPU-Z screenshot). You can't do the latter on a H77 board, but you should still get Turbo Boost up to 3.8GHz as a BIOS setting.

16x multiplier is the Speedstep idle-state - it'll appear like that in Windows when the CPU isn't loaded and is normal. You should set it to 34x in the BIOS if it isn't that already, and enable "Turbo Boost" (no extra voltage needed). Changing BCLK in general makes your system more unstable as it will affect the PCI-E bus. Keep it at 100MHz (you could try a mild 101-104MHz OC but really, it's often more trouble than it's worth since even if it doesn't crash - there's a risk of "silent errors" with data being written an OC'd SATA chip). You shouldn't need to change voltage at all. In fact, you could probably undervolt it at stock frequency if your board allows.
