Question Underclocking and Power Usage ?

Hey guys,

I have a RTX 2060 - I have used Afterburner to underclock the core and increase the memory clock. However the power usage has remained the same.

Is that normal?

Im using it for hobby mining purposes.

Really? I see.. just i thought it was strange that the Watt usage on the mining software wont display a reduce in power usage with a lowering of the core clock...

Note: Im using afterburner beta 4
