Underperforming build very unhappy

I have a gtx 1060 6gb and a i7 7700k, compared to other benchmarks my fps is awful.

At fortnite i should get 115 fps, i get 50 fps
On league of legends i get 140 fps
On cs go i get 150 on high 4:3
and on games such as fallout 4 i get 40 fps
runescape also 65 fps avg

I have paid £1500 for this setup, why am i underperforming?

Make sure your 1060 6gb drivers are up to date.

You do have your monitor plugged into the 1060 gpu & not the motherboard video outputs ??

Sounds daft but it wouldn't be the first time.

Upgrade, and yeah it is plugged into the 1060, and i also have 16gb ddr4 ram

ok. did you reinstall windows to the new mobo/cpu? that has to be done.
