Hi! I've had my computer since 2019 and I've run into a ton of problems ever since I first bought it, I use it mostly for gaming (Rainbow six siege, CSGO, GTA and Warzone) but my fps never seem to be stable or perform as expected.
In games like Rainbow six siege I get around 220 fps even on the lowest settings getting some occasional drops, but on games like csgo I get around 160 fps and warzone even lower. I never run anything more than the game itself and discord but I still get those results.
Do you guys recommend upgrading or am I missing something? I also very often get issues with updating games (slow download speeds even with good wifi, driver errors (warzone) and firewall errors (R6))
I was thinking about doing a clean installation to maybe fix the issue but I'm not entirely sure it'll help whatsoever. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated as I don't have much experience with PC's :)

Just tried running csgo with task manager open, playing with bots on a full session only uses about 34% of CPU and 28% of GPU ta 45 C, but I only get about 150/160 fps, my ram is at 50% but I have task manager, 2 google tabs and spotify open
