Underperforming i7 3770k?

Hi,

Recently I decided to do a benchmark of my system, I noticed from the results I seem to have a low CPU mark (5040):

Considering this, I checked the benchmark website and the average(?) result for a 3770k is 9628:

I also checked the last 5 benchmarks and mine was the lowest score by far:

(Possibility of these being OC'd)

I have never overclocked so it runs stock at 3.5 with 3.9ghz tubo.

My other specs include:

Windows 7 64 bit
Nvidia GTX 770 2gb
8gb 1333mhz ram

So I am just trying to determine if my i7 is underperforming because it seems so, and what else I can do about it.
