So I have had my pc for a little over a year and a half now and have this problem since the beginning, some odd things I should mention is that I sent it back to the comapny who built it and it ran like it should but when it got back to me the problem was still there.
I have a GTX 1050ti AMD Athlon X4 880k 16GB RAM DDR3 , I will tell more if needed, this PC should be easily running R6 at Med-High with 60fps consistently however it doesnt not even on Very Low Preset with lowered res I dont achieve 40fps consistently.
The guys that built it did a benchmark before sending it back and it reached what it should, High settings at 60FPS. So thats my problem, I have no idea what is wrong, I have tried everything I could find that might fix it but nothing seems to work.
