AsRock AB450 Pro4
BeQuiet System power 9 600w
1080p 75hz monitor

Recently i've been getting low fps in every game i've tried. GTA V doesn't go past 60 and CS GO doesn't go past 100 both on 1080p with the lowest possible settings. I have the latest drivers installed, latest windows version and latest game updates and nothing helps. any ideas ?

Including and up to 1080p, it's CPU that does most work so I suggest getting better one. 3600(x) for instance.

The turbo speed of less than the base usually indicates a temperature problem.
Your SSD is too full. That is what is hurting performance there.
Not sure about your RAM. I would recommend a BIOS reset and load optimized defaults.

Yes, CPU is throttling like crazy, must be heat or Power Plan settings in Windows, check if Max CPU is set to 100%.

In addition to questions asked by the others is the RAM in the correct slots per motherboard instructions for when running 2 sticks? If looks like at may not be running in dual channel.

It's in the correct slots and it says dual-channel in bios

The one that came with the CPU and the CPU doesn't run hot its around 60-65C when im playing games
