Plugged the gpu properly with my psu cables (2 seperate cables connected to it that connect to each port on the psu)
ASUS ROG Strix B450-E Gaming - ATX / B450
Short history: I've always had a performance problem with my pc where it has been underperforming on games compared to other pcs with the exact same specs and clocks. Today I had enough of this issue where I bought Cold War and tried to play it after I played it at my friends house where he had a 1060 setup with an I5 cpu something and his pc performed better then mine and I'm trying everything to try and solve this now.
What I've tried so far: DDU, Latest BIOs, Latest GPU Driver and a virus scan with Malwarebytes and Bitdefender. (temps aren't the problem, scores on stress testers are average, renderer has been set to gpu and made sure the gpu does all the work for most of the games) (resetting the pc is not a choice)
