i recently build a gaming pc but it seems to be underperforming in games
ryzen 5 3600
rtx 3060
16gb 3200mhz
asrock b450m-hdv r4.0
case Silverstone fara r1
antec 750 wt 80plus gold power supply
144hz monitor
vsync disabled
deepcool gammax liquid cooler 120mm
gpu sits at around 40 degrees while gaming and 34 at idle
and cpu goes at max 60 while gaming and around 47 idle

Solution
Apart from high CPU usage in the background which can be caused by anything else running while you benchmarked, all seems fine there.
Do try again without anything else running and see if performs any better.

Run a malware scan with Malwarebytes to make sure you don't have anything, use DDU to remove and reinstall your GPU drivers, update chipset drivers and make sure you have latest windows updates.

antec 750 wt 80plus gold power supply
What exact model is it? Antec is the brand, 750 is the wattage and gold is the efficiency.

If valorant and rust is on medium settings then all three games perform as they should. You need a better CPU to get better fps and also faster RAM can help but not as much as the better CPU.

Your system performs as it should imo.
i mean i have seen geekawhat benchmark with same specs and he got 350avg on all high settings in valorant with same processor and graphic card

It seems like the 3600 MHz ram does play a role in valorant but I have found 5 different videos with similar or same setups and not even one has average of 350 fps even in the lowest of settings. Most are 270ish.

Do keep in mind that there are also different game patches, drivers and windows updates that CAN affect the performance.

The 17% background is definitely not helping.
Reboot closeout All unnecessary apps / programs.

Also the cpu seems to be not boosting that much which will lower your score.
But the most that really stands out is the Wd 2tb performance.
If you have another sata cable try swapping out and rerun Ubm.

i closed the browser while running ubm startup almost everything is disable except vanguard
Everything that's running takes something from the pc.

Since there is a limited amount of 'somethings' you want to try and not use them up running unneeded stuff.

We all have diifferent machines and run them different so I can't tell you what you need or not.
This will require sleuthing on your part.

I spent over a month in sleuthing/speed it up mode.
UBM told me I went from 48% to 82%.
I then got tired of it so now I just use the pc.

give me some example on what u disable or closed so i can try them if i have them ofc

Suing about performance from power draw is largest BS what I can imagine. From what I read above, your PC works just fine. 3600X is already low-medium grade CPU for latest performance hungry games. That is why GPU chill in corner, not being loaded to brim.
