Hi
I upgraded my system around 24/10-2018 as following:
i5 9600k processir
AMD RX 580 8GB (I had nvidia before)
asus prime z390-a
2x 8gb ram 3200mhz
And I have a water cooling system that keeps it 52 celcius
But allready from the start off it didn't seem to perfom as I would expect. I have almost no consistent clean fps in my games and I find spots in alot of games where the area pumps up my graphis performance to 100% for an example in CS:GO, Rust and I cant play the new COD at any clean fps.
Worth mentioning is that my 2nd screen has this weird flickr on the top right. Where a still image of my dashboard keeps flashing.
So my question is: I Still have 1 year warranty left on my RX580 card, doesen't it sound like something is wrong with my GPU so I can maybe get them to fix it? (If not I have to pay the shipment and time at the workshop)
